Equestrian Accommodation in Surrey

Peter and Helen Jackson have been interested in horses for many years and seven years ago they bought a 4 acre field and gained planning consent for stables. In that time they built up a successful and well regarded Arab Stud Farm. However from the outset they had concerns over security as the stables were over a mile away from their home.

They became increasingly concerned about living so far away from their horses so they went back to the planners and gained planning consent for a mobile home on the grounds that they needed to live closer to the stables. As part of their application they were able to submit a number of police incident numbers for various acts of theft and vandalism against the stables.

Four years ago Peter and Helen came along to Lissett and ordered their Linden Cottage which was duly delivered and sited on their land in Surrey.
