Lissett's Nirvana is our latest low carbon home, designed without compromise for contemporary living in the most stylish of interiors.

With many homes labelled as eco and energy efficient it is no wonder customers can be confused as to what constitutes real environmental credentials. At Lissett we research and test all products thoroughly, to ensure we only incorporate the best products available within our homes.

Just some of the eco features within the Nirvana include: insulation beyond domestic building regulation standards, double glazing (Argon filled, k glass, with super space and low emissivity) and energy saving lights throughout. The heating system within the Nirvana includes a Nibe heat pump with underfloor central heating, which offers energy to heat conversion at 250% efficiency. All homes at Lissett can be further specified to include additional energy saving products and include: solar thermal water heating, ground source heat pumps and further levels to the insulation standards. The Nirvana performs well and following energy assessment achieves 25% lower carbon dioxide emissions than the level required by current building regulations.

The environmental credentials are only part of the Nirvana's appeal, this home features the latest in a contemporary designed and furnished interior. The layout offers open plan living/kitchen area, wide hallways and spacious bedrooms.
